COVID-19 Protocols

Dear Patients,

We hope you are doing well. In accordance with the local county and state authorities, we will be reopening our clinic for routine eye exams, CRT patients, glaucoma patients, dry eye patients, and post-op LASIK patients. Our staff is currently working hard to reach out to all canceled patients to reschedule their eye exams. We wanted you to know that we are implementing many updated procedures and strict healthcare protocols to ensure the safety and well being of our staff and patients.

  • All medical staff will be wearing protective masks/gloves. In addition we will require patients to wear their own personal mask or facial covering before entering our clinic.

  • We will start with a limited schedule to allow for physical distancing.

  • Once a patient arrives, we ask that they call us from their car and we will notify them once their medical provider is ready for them to come in.

  • Family members or caregivers accompanying the patient are limited to one person and others will be asked to wait in the car.

  • All testing and exam rooms will be extensively sanitized between each patient visit.

  • We will pre-screen patients over the phone to ensure they are healthy prior to coming in for their appointment.

  • We will also perform in person temperature screening once patients check-in for their appointment.

  • We will be disinfecting frames after the patient touches them and leaves the office.

  • We will still offer curbside pickups for your eyeglasses or contact lenses

  • We will still do free shipping on two or more boxes of contact lens orders
